Ingrid Bishop has been voted in twice to the role of President of the Colac Chamber, leading the Chamber through a full business transformation. Ingrid has held a number of executive roles and runs the highly sought after Alchemy Consulting, providing advice and to government and multinational clients.

VICE PRESIDENT
Vice President Mario has wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having run his own small businesses for over 20 years and now holds a senior role within South West TAFE. Mario is a passionate Colac resident and is focused on delivering high quality training and skills development within Colac.

A career starting in Victoria, working for Rural Press, Getty Images, Lonely Planet, and Bloomberg News. Phil has spent the last 15 years working and living in Bahrain. Traveling extensively in the Middle East and working for a wide range of clients. Phil now lives in the stunning Otways.

Margaret is an accounting and tax specialist, owner of Kayser Accounting in Colac, Margaret has been supporting local businesses in and around Colac and further afield for many years. Margaret has supported a number of local businesses with pro bono work throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

A multiple small business owner across Victoria, Renzo also has a specialist back ground in IT having worked for Telstra, Sensis and National Australia Bank. Renzo is now the owner operator of three Telstra stores including Colac. Renzo is passionate about the growth potential of Colac.

Georgia Theodoris as the Chamber’s first CEO. Georgia has almost 20 years’ experience, as a leader in the public & private sectors; from the real estate industry to, aged care, disability, financial services & commercial enterprises, in state wide and global organizations. With formal education in business, leadership & operational management, including a Masters in Business Administration, Georgia specializes in operational effectiveness, business transformation & performance. Before founding GT Consulting Services, which provides corporate services including training in emotional intelligence to optimize operational effectiveness & interim executive management, Georgia was the National Director of Operations (Retail Investments) for CBRE - the world's largest Real Estate Services Firm. Georgia is a founding member of the Melbourne Women's Fund as well as holding the position of voluntary Executive Board Member for 5 years.
